He has spent over 23 years in the National Football League as a Scout, Administrator, General Manager and Team President. Tom has worked in the National Football League for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Buffalo Bills. During his time working for the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team made the playoffs 7 times and played in 3 AFC Championships games, including one Super Bowl.
