Stride Right: Tinley Park Progressing on the Court

(Chicago, IL) - Other than the coaching staff and players, a scant few believed the Tinley Park boys basketball team would split its first 16 games.

Don't look now but Tinley Park, at 8-8, is closing in on 10 victories.

While that may not appear to be a monumental achievement, it is not something the Titans managed in the last two years - combined.

First-year coach D.J. Brown, blessed with depth not recently seen at Tinley, has the Titans playing inspired and entertaining hoops.
