After graduating from the University of Houston in the spring of 2001, Joseph started his career with the Houston Astros and then later, the USOC. Joseph joined NCSA in the spring of 2003 and re-organized and revolutionized the student-athlete service and training division and then later, the entire scouting division. After being named the Director of Scouting in 2006, Joseph branched off to teach continuing education courses such as on public speaking and many others to business around the country. Joseph was named Vice President of Scouting in 2007 and leads NCSA's scouting, speaking and marketing divisions.

Lisa Strasman is a graduate of Yale University where she captained the women's ice hockey team. After graduation she traveled to Switzerland to play professional hockey. Strasman ultimately returned to her hometown of Chicago and joined NCSA in 2004. During the last five years Strasman has worked with student-athletes and college coaches in all sports and has played a critical role in the growth and development of NCSA's Recruiting Coach Department. She still remains involved with the youth hockey community through speaking events and coaching in Chicago's North Shore community.

Katie joins NCSA with degrees in finance and marketing.

Sarah Riva, originally from West Frankfort, Illinois, attended Frankfort Community High School where she varsity lettered in basketball and softball all four years. She was the first female athlete at FCHS to be nominated for the all-state team in two sports (basketball and softball) and was inducted into FCHS Hall of Fame in January, 2007 for both sports. Riva received a full-ride scholarship to play basketball at Eastern Illinois University where she was selected co-captain her Senior year. Riva majored in communications and interned with the Eastern Illinois Athletic Department her Senior year. After graduation, Riva worked as a Sales Representative for Konica Minolta Business Solutions and also as a Promotions Assistant with CBS Radio.

Randy Taylor has been in college football for nearly 30 years. Most of his career he's been directing recruiting for schools like UCLA, Minnesota, UNLV and Illinois. Randy directed the recruiting at UCLA in the late 90s and early 2000s, highlighted by a #1 nationally ranked recruiting class in 1999.
After the 2000-2001 recruiting period Randy was selected as the nation's top recruiting coordinator by ESPN.com and Tom Lemming.
In addition, he created his own scouting service that nearly 40 D1 college football programs subscribed to for player evaluations.
Taylor has been married for 31 years to Kristine and they reside in the Chicago area.

Before coaching at the collegiate level, Wellhoefer earned her Master's Degree in sports administration at Kent State University. During the other two years, Tony coached his former high school team to a state tournament bid starting six freshmen, and the next year taking an internship with the Atlanta Braves triple-A affiliate in Richmond, VA for the duration of the 2008 season.

Brett Erlenbach joins NCSA as a graduate from Beloit College with a degree in Communications and Business Management, as well as collegiate baseball experience. After earning a spot as a starting pitcher his freshman year, Brett was sidelined for much of the remainder of his career due to shoulder surgery, but finished up with a great senior season. Originally from Chicago, Brett graduated from Holy Cross High School, where he was an all-conference baseball player and four year varsity starter. He became very familiar with the recruiting process after participating in a few of the Chicago area's top showcases and tournaments. Currently, he helps out as a member of the Bulls/Sox Training Academy, where he helps with private lessons, and also as a coach for their Fall Wooden Bat League.

Lisa Forgione is a former NCSA student-athlete. Originally from Chicago, Lisa graduated from St. Ignatius College Prep in 2005 and went on to King College in Bristol, Tennessee to play soccer for the Lady Tornado. While at King, Lisa received several academic and athletic awards such as "Player of the Year" in 2007, and graduated in 2008 with a marketing major.

Rob grew up in Northbrook, IL, where he was a multi-sport athlete in at Glenbrook North High School. Rob played baseball, soccer and was captain of the cross country team. He graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a double major in business and a minor in mathematics. He also led the Indiana Hoosiermama Ultimate Frisbee team to a Great Lakes Regional Championship and ended the 2007 college season ranked 11th in the nation. Rob now plays ultimate for the Chicago club team, Beachfront Property.

Mike Jasinski grew up in Springfield, Illinois where he played football, basketball, and baseball while attending Springfield High School and received All-State and Academic All-State honors in football his senior year. He then attended Butler University where he was a member of the Butler football team, playing both tight end and wide receiver. Mike graduated from Butler University in 2006 with a B.A. in political science. Since graduating college, Mike has served as a high school football coach in Springfield, Illinois as well as serving as a substitute teacher. Jason Labus grew up on the North side of Chicago where he attended Gordon Technical High School. Labus played football for four years and was a two year starter on the varsity team at Gordon Tech. He was the conference defensive MVP his senior season and went on to play at Joliet Junior College for two seasons. In those two seasons Labus helped lead his team to back to back national championships. Labus walked-on at Northern Illinois University and received a scholarship after his first season. He played in Northern Illinois' first Bowl game since 1983 in the 2004 season. He is excited to help simplify the recruiting process for student-athletes.

Jeff McLaughlin comes to NCSA as an Economics and Management Graduate from Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin. Jeff was a four year starter at running back/wide receiver for the Buccaneers as well as a catcher on the baseball team for two seasons. Jeff earned rookie of the year honors in 2004, junior of the year in 2006, and the Ed DeGeorge award in 2007, traditionally awarded to the top senior. Jeff also served as team captain in the 2007 season. Jeff originally hails from Oakridge, Oregon. At Oakridge High Jeff was a three sport athlete and received all-state honors as a running back his junior season. Jeff was also two time all-league in football, four time all-league in baseball and a two year starter in basketball. Jeff recently returned to the Midwest after spending the past year in Portland, Oregon working in the insurance industry.

Liz received a full athletic scholarship for Track and Cross-Country and competed at the collegiate level for three years. In high school Liz was recognized as a 4x All-American student-athlete for Indoor and Outdoor Track. Her 4x1 Mile relay team won two national championships and set two National Records in the 2004/2005 seasons in that event. Danny Rakow is a Chicagoland native who played football and baseball for Batavia High School. Rakow brings with him a high level of experience in exercise science after being personally trained by world class personal trainer David J. Rakow has also been trained by former three-time All Conference, Mid-American defensive end Chris Browning under Pro Force in Batavia, IL and former All Conference, Big Ten center Chad Deal. Rakow is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication. Previously, he interned at North Western Mutual Life Insurance Company and worked with All Sports Marketing.

The following year he was named captain of the baseball team and was a first team All-Conference and All-Academic performer. Ranovsky graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelors degree in Sport Management in May, 2008. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree from the University of Illinois in Sport Management.

Eric Wallor graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor's degree in recreation, sport and tourism with an emphasis in sport management. Wallor ran track and cross country at Illinois and before transferring to Illinois won a National Championship in the 1500m and 5000m in track and was a two-time All-American in cross country at Harper Junior College in Palatine, IL. Brian is a recent graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, IA where he majored in Broadcast News and Psychology. He has covered the Missouri Valley Conference and Pioneer League Football as the Play-by-Play commentator for the Drake Bulldogs on the student radio station as well as for the Drake Relays telecast. Brian has played and competed in sports almost since he could walk, and is most notably an avid cyclist. Originally from Minnesota, he has relocated to Illinois and is currently planning his wedding in April with his fiancee Ashley.

Alex Horton originally came from Wales where he represented his high school in rugby, soccer and tennis. Horton gained representative honors for his county in soccer and tennis where he was part of the tennis team that won the national championship. Horton went on to graduate from new Trier High School in Illinois where he represented the varsity tennis team that came second in state in 2004.
In 2008 Horton graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a Bachelors degree in Business Management. While at Gustavus he was a member of their varsity tennis team which won two national indoor championships, four conference championships and were ranked number one in 2007. Horton also represented the varsity cross country team gaining all regional honors.
Horton wrote, directed and acted in two films while at Gustavus and in 2008 one of his films was shown in the local cinema in front of a sell out crowd.
