Joseph Curtis joined NCSA five years ago and has been a leader in the organization, taking part in many new initiatives to help the company reach unprecedented growth since its founding in 2000. During his tenure with NCSA, Curtis has learned scouting and the recruiting business from the inside out and has quickly become an executive member of NCSA's experienced and knowledgeable staff. He has worked with all levels and athletic abilities of student-athletes around the country and has contributed to every facet of the organization.

Lisa Meyers is a 2001 graduate of Yale University. She played varsity ice hockey at Yale and was captain her senior year. Meyers participated in several developmental camps at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, New York, and played professional hockey in Switzerland for one season. She is currently the Girl's Hockey Director and coach for the Highland Park Falcons.

Rachel Clark moved to Chicago from a small town in Michigan, where she was born and raised. She graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in business administration majoring in accountancy. Sarah Riva, originally from West Frankfort, Illinois, attended Frankfort Community High School where she varsity lettered in basketball and softball all four years. She was the first female athlete at FCHS to be nominated for the all-state team in two sports (basketball and softball) and was inducted into FCHS Hall of Fame in January, 2007 for both sports. Riva received a full-ride scholarship to play basketball at Eastern Illinois University where she was selected co-captain her Senior year. Riva majored in communications and interned with the Eastern Illinois Athletic Department her Senior year. After graduation, Riva worked as a Sales Representative for Konica Minolta Business Solutions and also as a Promotions Assistant with CBS Radio.

Briana Adamovsky, a graduate of Ohio University, joins NCSA with degrees in finance and management, as well as collegiate and professional experience playing volleyball. While playing varsity volleyball for the Ohio Bobcats she garnered Honorable Mention All-American, National Setter of the Year and Mid-American Conference Player of the Year honors and led her team to two consecutive Mid-American Conference Championships and NCAA appearances. Following her collegiate career she played professionally in Paris while also coaching a regional women's team.

Kelly Bowman, a graduate of the University of Minnesota, joins NCSA with a degree in business and marketing, as well as collegiate and professional volleyball experience. During her time at Minnesota Kelly was named a first team AVCA All-American, First Team All-Region, two time All-Big Ten, and led her team to back to back Final Four appearances, including a National Championship Appearance. Following her college career Kelly trained with the U.S. National Team at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

Lauren Palmer graduated from Lewis University in December, 2006 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Before attending Lewis, Palmer played basketball for Lake Forest College for two years. In 2006, she coached at the Freshman and varsity level for Mother McAuley High School and also coached at Marian Catholic High School. She is also the Director of Player Development for the Illinois Hoopla Basketball Club, where she also coached and played basketball. Palmer played softball for Carl Sandburg High School.

Originally from Mishawaka, IN, Bob Shriner played tennis and swam at Mishawaka High School. In 2004 he earned a bachelor's degree in management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Shriner also has a master's degree in sport administration from the University of Louisville. While in school he served as an intern for the South of England Athletics Association in London and as head instructor for swim program. Shriner comes to Chicago having spent the 2005 season in the box office with the South Bend Silver Hawks baseball team.

Chmiel comes from a family of collegiate athletes and coaches and has been brought up as a sports enthusiast.

Originally from Hillsdale, MI, Julie Thayer played basketball and volleyball for Hillsdale High School. She led her volleyball team to its first conference championship in 2002. Thayer graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in advertising. While at UT, Thayer played on the club volleyball team. Prior to working at NCSA, she was an intern at the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame.

Chris Brooks, originally form Robinson, IL comes to NCSA after a two year stint as a college basketball coach at Lincoln Trail College and Frank Phillips College. Brooks was a three-sport four-year letter winner in high school, which eventually led to a full football scholarship from Southern Illinois University. While at SIU Brooks received his bachelor's degree in University Studies and he is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Business Administration. Brooks joins the NCSA team with countless years of experience coaching and playing at the high school and college levels.

Marc Coburn was a three sport athlete in high school with all state honors in track and was heavily recruited in both track and football. Coburn accepted an athletic scholarship to Western Michigan University for track & field, where he specialized in the decathlon. Coburn excelled at hurdles, high jump, 400m and was a main part of a number of relay teams. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in business management and a minor in recreation, with an emphasis in sports marketing and facility management. Before joining NCSA, Marc Coburn spent two years working in the hospitality industry in North Carolina. He also has experience in promotions with the Kalamazoo K-Wings Minor League Hockey team and as a sales representative for Golfing In Michigan. Coburn was a coach and mentor for high school athletes in his home town of Three Rivers, MI, as well as with the Special Olympics.

Andrea Emmons comes to NCSA with a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of South Carolina-Aiken. She began her collegiate athletic career in volleyball at Kirkwood Community College as an NJCAA All-American. She transferred to the University of South Carolina-Aiken after her sophomore year on a full scholarship. Emmons has more than six years of experience coaching club volleyball in Iowa and South Carolina.

She was a member of the Illinois 2002 State Champion girl's basketball team during her junior year. Originally from Livermore, CA, Matt was a standout high school athlete. Matt was once in your shoes with no idea on the recruiting or college process. With some help and a little bit of luck, Matt went on to be a scholarship college baseball player. Matt was team captain, first team all-league, and named Collegiate Baseball Magazine's 'top player to watch'. He earned his Bachelor of Science in sport management at Wayne St. College (NE). At WSC, he coached the wildcats hitters and infielders. Matt has also been a high school coach. Matt comes to NCSA with over 10 years in the sports industry from working in the Oakland A's organization, Disney Sports, and many others. With his vast knowledge of recruiting, Matt as help many student athletes achieve their dream of playing college athletics.

Kate Nickols graduated from St. Charles High School in St. Charles, IL in 2001. She was involved in both varsity soccer and tennis throughout her high school career. She made three appearances in the state tournament during her junior and senior year (once for tennis and twice for soccer), winning the state title in soccer her junior year. Nickols continued to play soccer at DePauw University in Greencastle, IN where she graduated in 2005 with a degree in studio art. During her four years of collegiate soccer Nickols played primarily offense and received the most Valuable Offensive Player in 2003-2004, All-SCAC 1st team 2004 - 2nd team 2003 and 3rd Team All Great Lakes Region 2004. The team made it to the NCAA tournament twice in her career, making it to the Final Four her junior year.

Amanda Rawson started her collegiate career with a full-scholarship to South Suburban College where she was an NJCAA Region IV MVP, and helped lead the Lady Bulldogs to back-to-back Region IV Champions and a two-time appearance at the NJCAA National Tournament. She then transferred to St. John's University were she spent the last two years of college on full-scholarship. She was named to the Big East All-Academic Team and earned a bachelor's degree. in sports management graduating on the Dean's List. Lori Tanaka, a Chicago native, played basketball at Lane Tech College Prep for all four years of high school and was a three-time varsity letter winner. She continued her basketball and academic career at the University of Chicago, where she helped contribute to the success of the Lady Maroons by leading them to their first outright UAA conference championship and first NCAA Div III Sweet Sixteen appearance. Tanaka is graduating in June with a bachelor's degree in human development.

Terry Tharps earned a full ride scholarship to play football at the University of Washington and was a three-time letter winner at UW. His accomplishments include recording two receptions, leading the team in kick return average in 2000 and a reverse in the 2001 Rose Bowl. Tharps played his Senior year at Western Illinois University where he led the team in yards per catch, set school records in kick return yardage and also set the school and conference record with a 100 yard kick return. He was an outstanding high school athlete too, with accolades such as: all state honors as a wide receiver, 100m state champion and state track athlete of the year.

Originally from Troy, MI, Adrienne Treado graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in advertising and public relations. She was also an intern doing event management for the MSU Athletic Department before she came to NCSA. As a four year collegiate soccer player at MSU Treado played center midfield for the Spartans and started most games during her career there. She was a member of the first MSU Women's Soccer team to make the NCAA tournament and was Academic All-Big Ten in 2002, 2003 and 2004.

Matt Webb is a 2006 sports administration graduate from the University of Louisville. Webb was a 3-year starter for the 2007 Orange Bowl Champion Louisville Cardinals. At the University of Louisville, he helped set an NCAA record for most extra points in a season and long snapped to Art Carmody who was the 2006 Lou Groza Award Winner. Prior to his football days, he was known as 'Sergeant Webb' of the Second Battalion, 5th Marines. Matt Webb honorably served his country for four years earning the Navy Achievement Medal, 3-time Rifle Expert and Good Conduct Medal.

Joyce Wellhoefer joins NCSA after a long tenure coaching softball and basketball at NAIA, NCAA Division I and Division II levels. She was named GLVC Coach of the Year and clinched a softball conference championship in 2000 with the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Before coaching at the collegiate level, Wellhoefer earned her master's degree in sports administration at Kent State University. While at Kent State, she worked with the women's basketball and track & field programs. She began her career at the high school ranks coaching basketball, softball and volleyball. While attending college, she played basketball, softball and track & field. Upon completion of her Bachelor's Degree, Wellhoefer played semi-pro basketball in Vienna, Austria. Wellhoefer is actively involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and has traveled abroad with several summer teams.

Originally from Columbus, OH, Alan Yost was a wrestler and soccer letterman all four years while at Watkins Memorial High School. A member of the Ohio All Star Wrestling Team, Yost placed nationally in Greco, Freestyle and Sombo. Yost was also chosen as a first team all state soccer player and captain of the team both his junior and senior seasons. Yost continued his soccer career at Ohio Wesleyan University where he helped the Bishops to three NCAC titles, three NCAA berths and a four year record of 71-11-4. OWU was consistently ranked in the top 10 schools nationally and in 2005 they were ranked second in the nation with a record of 20-1. He graduated from OWU in 2006 with a degree in Sports Management. He has coached wrestling in high school, coached soccer for both boys and girls at all age levels in addition to being an assistant men's soccer coach on the college level.

Mark Bagdon, originally from Lake Bluff, IL, played baseball and football while attending Lake Forest High School. As a baseball prospect, he worked directly with NCSA President Chris Krause before injury cut short his playing career. Bagdon joins the NCSA team with more than five years of experience coaching youth sports.

Jeff Bartl attended Michigan State University and holds degrees in Journalism and English. Originally from Chicago, Jeff rode the bench for the Bartlett High School basketball team for three years. Though his college hoops career never took off, Jeff once scored 48 points in an intramural game -- an accomplishment he is way too proud of and talks about too much. Jeff is a freelance sports writer and prior to joining NCSA he worked for newspapers such as The Washington Post and Chicago Tribune. He currently is working to perfect a new formula to gage performance for running backs called Rushing Efficiency Rating.

Lodie Farber is a native of Madison, Mississippi. She attended high school at Jackson Prep where she played several sports and won back to back state championships in softball her junior and senior years.

A natural leader, Johnson served as team captain for all four years, guiding his team to a conference championship. Originally from Buffalo Grove, IL, Nate Jungheim was twice named a captain for the Buffalo Grove High School varsity football team, where he started as a right defensive end. Jungheim is a certified high school teacher with an emphasis in social studies and science. Prior to joining NCSA, he worked in admissions for an online university.

Mike earned his bachelor's degree in speech communication from Augustana and is currently working towards obtaining his master's degree in sports administration from Northwestern University. Aaron Sorenson graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2007 with a degree in Communications. Before transferring to Wisconsin-Milwaukee he attended Lawrence University where he played both basketball and baseball. Sorenson transferred to Wisconsin-Milwaukee after his sophomore year to take on the challenge of playing Division I baseball. Sorenson earned a scholarship as a pitcher.

Joey Weitzman, a three sport athlete in high school, continued his soccer career at Ripon College where he achieved a degree in Exercise Science and Global Political Issues. Before joining the NCSA team he was a marketing intern for the Schaumburg Flyers Professional baseball team and also worked for WRAPZ as a marketing and sales representative.

Tyler Wilson grew up in Tucson, AZ where he played baseball and basketball for Catalina Foothills High School. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development at the University of Arizona. Wilson played fullback for Arizona rugby and was active as a University Ambassador. He came to NCSA from the promotions department at ESPN Radio.
