The free profile will make them immediately visible to college Baseball coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Second, students or their parents must speak over the phone with an experienced NCSA scout who will perform a thorough recruiting analysis to ensure that the student athlete meets the minimum conditions to get a Baseball scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects qualified athletes with well-matched Baseball programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts use their ongoing relationships to make certain coaches see the athlete's profile and employ their experience to help guide him or her through every step of the recruiting process.
