Their profile will make them immediately visible to college Baseball coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Next, students or their parents must talk to an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will perform a thorough recruiting analysis to ensure that the student athlete meets the minimum requirements to attain a Baseball scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible student athletes with well-matched Baseball programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts use their ongoing relationships to make certain coaches view the athlete's profile and use their experience to help guide her or him throughout the entire recruiting process.
