Their profile will make them instantly visible to college Baseball coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Next, students or their parents must speak over the phone with an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will perform a complete recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets or exceeds the minimum requirements to attain a Baseball scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible student athletes with appropriate Baseball programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts use their ongoing relationships to make sure coaches view the athlete's profile and use their experience to help guide him or her throughout the entire recruiting process.
