Doing so will make them immediately visible to college Field Hockey coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Once the profile is created, parents or students must talk to an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will perform an in-depth recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets the minimum conditions to get a Field Hockey scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects qualified student athletes with well-matched Field Hockey programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts use their ongoing relationships to make certain coaches see the athlete's profile and utilize their experience to help guide him or her throughout the entire recruiting process.
