Doing so will make them immediately visible to college Men's Swimming coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Second, students or their parents must speak over the phone with an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will do a thorough recruiting analysis to ensure that the student athlete meets the minimum conditions to get a Men's Swimming scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible athletes with suitable Men's Swimming programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts utilize their ongoing relationships to make sure coaches view the athlete's profile and utilize their experience to help guide him or her throughout the entire recruiting process.
