Doing so will make them immediately visible to college Softball coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Next, students or their parents must speak over the phone with an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will do a complete recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets the minimum requirements to get a Softball scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects qualified athletes with well-matched Softball programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts use their current relationships to ensure coaches view the athlete's profile and use their experience to help guide her or him throughout the entire recruiting process.
