Their profile will make them instantly visible to college Softball coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Once the profile is created, students or their parents must speak over the phone with an experienced NCSA scout who will perform an in-depth recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets or exceeds the minimum conditions to obtain a Softball scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects qualified athletes with suitable Softball programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts utilize their ongoing relationships to make certain coaches view the athlete's profile and use their experience to help guide her or him through every step of the recruiting process.
