The free profile will make them immediately visible to college Softball coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Next, parents or students must talk to an experienced NCSA scout who will do a thorough recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets or exceeds the minimum conditions to get a Softball scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible student athletes with suitable Softball programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts utilize their current relationships to make sure coaches see the athlete's profile and employ their experience to help guide him or her through every step of the recruiting process.
