NCSA currently has 44332 active high-school Softball athletes, and all of these potential recruits can easily connect with 3007 coaches at 1214 colleges and universities througout the country that offer Softball athletic scholarships.  Overall, NCSA has aided more than 126759 Softball athletes during their search for athletic scholarships and making their dreams of completing a degree while playing in college sports a reality.   For more than a decade, the NCSA team has been unwavering in its mission to connect talented, student Softball athletes with college coaches across the nation.  As early as 8th or 9th grade, they begin to help students improve their prospects of participating in college sports by informing them about what goes into the recruiting process and taking the required steps to enhance their visibility and reputation among college Softball coaches and scouts.  Getting a Softball scholarship to college used to be a full-time job for those unfamiliar with the recruiting process, but today this critical journey can be guided by the recruitment specialists at NCSA.   Student athletes hoping to use NCSA to assist them in their search for a Softball scholarship must first make their free profile. Their profile will make them immediately visible to college Softball coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Once the profile is created, parents or students must speak over the phone with an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will conduct a complete recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets the minimum requirements to get a Softball scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects qualified athletes with well-matched Softball programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts utilize their ongoing relationships to make sure coaches see the athlete's profile and utilize their experience to help guide him or her throughout the entire recruiting process.
