Doing so will make them instantly visible to college Softball coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Once the profile is created, parents or students must speak over the phone with an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will conduct an in-depth recruiting analysis to ensure that the student athlete meets or exceeds the minimum conditions to obtain a Softball scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects qualified student athletes with suitable Softball programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts use their current relationships to make sure coaches see the athlete's profile and utilize their experience to help guide her or him throughout the entire recruiting process.
