    What the Coaches are Saying...
    Feb 21, 2017

“Chesapeake College is a two-year Division II JUCO located in Maryland. We have ended each of the last 4 seasons ranked in the National Top Twenty. We continue to be successful setting school records for wins in 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, and 2014. 90% of our players get offers from 4-year schools and 90% continue their education after Chesapeake. Very proud of those numbers which show we are successful on the field and in the classroom. We have never carried more than 15 players on our roster which makes it much easier on playing time for all. However, starting positions and playing time must be earned - they are not just given. Having 15 talented players keeps things competitive for field time. Over the last 7 years we have always had players that were from out-of-state from as far away as FL, AZ, and Saskatchewan. We do have softball scholarships available although we do not give "full-rides".”
