The free profile will make them immediately visible to college Women's Swimming coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Second, parents or students must speak over the phone with an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will do a complete recruiting analysis to ensure that the student athlete meets or exceeds the minimum requirements to attain a Women's Swimming scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects qualified athletes with appropriate Women's Swimming programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts utilize their current relationships to ensure coaches view the athlete's profile and employ their experience to help guide her or him throughout the entire recruiting process.
