The free profile will make them instantly visible to college Women's Swimming coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Once the profile is created, students or their parents must speak over the phone with an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will do a complete recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets the minimum conditions to get a Women's Swimming scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects qualified student athletes with suitable Women's Swimming programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts use their ongoing relationships to ensure coaches view the athlete's profile and use their experience to help guide him or her throughout the entire recruiting process.
