Doing so will make them immediately visible to college Women's Swimming coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Once the profile is created, parents or students must talk to an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will do an in-depth recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets or exceeds the minimum requirements to obtain a Women's Swimming scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible athletes with suitable Women's Swimming programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts use their ongoing relationships to make certain coaches view the athlete's profile and use their experience to help guide him or her through every step of the recruiting process.
