NCSA currently has 7584 active high-school Women's Swimming athletes, and each of these potential recruits can easily connect with 831 coaches at 422 universities and colleges througout the country that offer Women's Swimming athletic scholarships.  In total, NCSA has assisted over 24672 Women's Swimming athletes with their search for athletic scholarships and turning their dreams of getting a degree while participating in college sports a reality.   Ever since 2000, the NCSA team has been steadfast in its mission to connect promising, high school Women's Swimming athletes with college coaches throughout the U.S.  As early as 8th or 9th grade, they begin helping students improve their chances of competing in college sports by informing them about what goes into the recruiting process and taking the necessary steps to enhance their visibility and reputation among college Women's Swimming coaches and scouts.  Securing a Women's Swimming scholarship to college was once a full-time job for families just beginning the recruiting process, but today this essential journey can be guided by the recruitment specialists at NCSA.   Student athletes wanting to use NCSA to help them in their search for a Women's Swimming scholarship need to first make their free profile.
