Right now NCSA has 4453 active high-school Women's Swimming athletes, and each one of these potential recruits can easily connect with 617 coaches at 413 universities and colleges across the nation offering Women's Swimming athletic scholarships.  Overall, NCSA has helped more than 17744 Women's Swimming athletes in their search for athletic scholarships and making their dreams of earning a degree while playing in college sports a reality.   For more than a decade, the NCSA team has been steadfast in its mission to connect promising, student Women's Swimming athletes with college coaches throughout the U.S.  As early as 8th or 9th grade, the NCSA team begins helping students increase their chances of participating in college sports by teaching them about the recruiting process and taking the necessary steps to improve their reputation and visibility among college Women's Swimming scouts and coaches.  Securing a Women's Swimming scholarship to college used to be a full-time job for those just beginning the recruiting process, but now this crucial journey can be guided by the recruitment specialists at NCSA.   Student athletes wishing to use NCSA to help them in their search for a Women's Swimming scholarship must first create their free profile. Their profile will make them immediately visible to college Women's Swimming coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Second, parents or students must speak over the phone with an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will perform a complete recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets the minimum conditions to get a Women's Swimming scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects qualified athletes with appropriate Women's Swimming programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts use their ongoing relationships to make sure coaches see the athlete's profile and use their experience to help guide him or her throughout the entire recruiting process.
