Welcome to the NCSA Women's Swimming athletic scholarships portal – a growing portal for student athletes throughout the nation. NCSA currently has 4433 active high-school Women's Swimming athletes, and all of these potential recruits can easily connect with 631 coaches at 413 universities and colleges througout the country offering Women's Swimming athletic scholarships.  Overall, NCSA has assisted more than 18343 Women's Swimming athletes in their search for athletic scholarships and making their dreams of getting a degree while playing in college sports a reality.   For more than a decade, the NCSA team has been unwavering in its mission to connect promising, high school Women's Swimming athletes with college coaches across the nation.  As early as 8th or 9th grade, they begin to help students improve their chances of playing college sports by teaching them about the recruiting process and taking the required steps to enhance their reputation and visibility among college Women's Swimming scouts and coaches.  Getting a Women's Swimming scholarship to college was once a full-time job for those unfamiliar with the recruiting process, but now this critical journey can be guided by the recruitment experts at NCSA.   Student athletes wishing to use NCSA to assist them in their search for a Women's Swimming scholarship need to first set up their free profile. The free profile will make them immediately visible to college Women's Swimming coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Once the profile is created, parents or students must speak over the phone with an qualified NCSA scout who will conduct a complete recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets the minimum requirements to obtain a Women's Swimming scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible athletes with suitable Women's Swimming programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts utilize their ongoing relationships to make sure coaches view the athlete's profile and employ their experience to help guide her or him throughout the entire recruiting process.
