Welcome to the NCSA Women's Swimming athletic scholarships portal – a growing portal for high-school athletes across the country. NCSA currently has 5102 active high-school Women's Swimming athletes, and each of these potential recruits can easily connect with 604 coaches at 413 universities and colleges througout the country offering Women's Swimming athletic scholarships.  In total, NCSA has helped more than 16324 Women's Swimming athletes with their search for athletic scholarships and turning their dreams of completing a degree while participating in college sports a reality.   Since 2000, the NCSA team has been unwavering in its mission to connect promising, student Women's Swimming athletes with college coaches across the nation.  Starting as soon as 8th or 9th grade, they begin helping students increase their chances of participating in college sports by educating them on the recruiting process and taking the essential steps to enhance their visibility and reputation among college Women's Swimming coaches and scouts.  Earning a Women's Swimming scholarship to college used to be a full-time job for families new to the recruiting process, but today this critical journey can be facilitated by the recruitment experts at NCSA.   Student athletes wishing to use NCSA to assist them in their search for a Women's Swimming scholarship need to first make their free profile. Their profile will make them immediately visible to college Women's Swimming coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Second, students or their parents must speak over the phone with an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will conduct a complete recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets or exceeds the minimum conditions to get a Women's Swimming scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible athletes with suitable Women's Swimming programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts utilize their ongoing relationships to ensure coaches view the athlete's profile and employ their experience to help guide her or him throughout the entire recruiting process.
