Doing so will make them instantly visible to college Women's Swimming coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Next, students or their parents must speak over the phone with an experienced NCSA scout who will do a complete recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets the minimum requirements to obtain a Women's Swimming scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects qualified athletes with appropriate Women's Swimming programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts utilize their current relationships to ensure coaches see the athlete's profile and utilize their experience to help guide her or him throughout the entire recruiting process.
