Currently NCSA has 1738 active high-school Wrestling athletes, and each one of these potential recruits can easily connect with 382 coaches at 239 colleges and universities througout the country offering Wrestling athletic scholarships.  Overall, NCSA has aided over 13670 Wrestling athletes with their search for athletic scholarships and turning their dreams of getting a degree while participating in college sports a reality.   Ever since 2000, the NCSA team has been steadfast in its mission to connect promising, high school Wrestling athletes with college coaches throughout the U.S.  As early as 8th or 9th grade, the NCSA team begins to help students improve their prospects of participating in college sports by educating them on the recruiting process and taking the essential steps to enhance their visibility and reputation among college Wrestling scouts and coaches.  Earning a Wrestling scholarship to college was once a full-time job for those just beginning the recruiting process, but today this essential journey can be facilitated by the recruitment specialists at NCSA.   High-school athletes wishing to use NCSA to help them in their search for a Wrestling scholarship have to first set up their free profile. Their profile will make them immediately visible to college Wrestling coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Next, students or their parents must speak over the phone with an qualified NCSA scout who will conduct a complete recruiting analysis to ensure that the student athlete meets the minimum conditions to attain a Wrestling scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible student athletes with appropriate Wrestling programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts utilize their ongoing relationships to ensure coaches see the athlete's profile and employ their experience to help guide him or her throughout the entire recruiting process.
