Doing so will make them immediately visible to college Wrestling coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Next, parents or students must speak over the phone with an qualified NCSA scout who will perform an in-depth recruiting analysis to ensure that the student athlete meets the minimum requirements to attain a Wrestling scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects qualified student athletes with appropriate Wrestling programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts utilize their current relationships to make certain coaches view the athlete's profile and employ their experience to help guide her or him through every step of the recruiting process.
