Their profile will make them immediately visible to college Wrestling coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Once the profile is created, students or their parents must talk to an qualified NCSA scout who will perform an in-depth recruiting analysis to ensure that the student athlete meets or exceeds the minimum conditions to get a Wrestling scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible athletes with suitable Wrestling programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts utilize their current relationships to ensure coaches see the athlete's profile and utilize their experience to help guide him or her throughout the entire recruiting process.
