Personal Statement

Competition drives me...  Against myself, against yesterday, against opposition and against limitations.  I'm in my second year of JUCO baseball and have changed to a being a PO.  I've topped 92 and sit 89-91 with a 12-6 curve that tunnels nicely off of my fastball and a change-up that dives down and away from lefties.  I make good grades, do not get into any trouble and try to do everything that I am asked.

My references are Coach John Griffin at Rehobeth High School (Alabama), Coach Mackey Sasser at Wallace College (Alabama) and Coach Steve Helms at Lurleen B Wallace (Alabama).  I plan to get my degree in Civil Engineering and would like to continue to enjoy playing baseball, living with discipline and being part of a team.
