Personal Statement
I have always had a passion for playing baseball at the highest level possible. Both on the field and in the classroom, I am driven to be the best student and athlete that I can be. Not only is my play important to me but I hold myself to the highest level when it comes to academics and my grades. I try to learn something new about myself and make myself better every day. Living by Bob Knight’s quote, “Everybody wants to win, but not everyone wants to prepare to win,” I try to prepare myself for success every single day. I am extremely competitive and possess a great work ethic in all aspects of life. In addition, my coaches have called me a great teammate with outstanding leadership qualities. I look forward to the opportunity to bring these skills and attributes to a college baseball program to together achieve success.
