Mark Fulbright '15 Recruiting Profile

I have played baseball most of my life, and grown up seeing it on television, knowing that someday, that was where I wanted to be. Seeing college athletes play all out to their full potential was an epiphany for me, and I told myself I had to get to that level no matter what. I also know that playing at a professional level is not guaranteed, and I am prepared to go all out with my academics as well in order to receive the degree I will use to get into a career for a future outside of baseball. 

While I have not always been the most athletic player, the effort I put forth towards my goals is unparalleled. I can be a leader when I need to be a leader, and I can follow when I need to follow. I am committed to the team, and to developing good relationships with those around me, on the field and in the classroom. My devotion to your program will be 100% as will be my devotion to obtaining my college degree. I always challenge myself, and never settle, both on and off the field, “good enough” does not satisfy me. I will listen to anything people approach me about, and I am also a positive influence in the classroom and on the diamond. 

I want more than anything to play college baseball and I hope you can believe in me as much as I believe in myself. Thank you for your consideration of me playing baseball at your school.
