Personal Statement
Have you ever set a goal that is so important you try everyday to achieve that goal? Well I have, that goal is to play baseball in college and graduate with a degree. I have enjoyed playing baseball since the age of seven, winning, losing, and learning how to be the best I can in life. I have enjoyed and learned how to lead my teams to state tournaments, local tournaments and high school games. I believe my schooling, my parents, my church, and my coaches in baseball and music have taught me how to be committed and to be honest. I believe in myself and others, I am not just a good baseball player but an all around good person. I try very hard to help others and I want others to believe in me. I always try to set goals, and my main goal in life is to play baseball in college, and graduate with a degree. On May 25, 2016, I was awarded the MVP/Coach Award for outstanding player and individual from my high school coaches. I was also selected as a first team all conference player. I feel honored to represent Dana Hills High School and my teammates. I also feel very blessed to be selected because only 11 players from the entire South Coast League were selected, this conference was rated the second hardest conference in Orange County, California, a baseball strong hold for talented players.
