Leland Pama '17 Recruiting Profile

I am currently playing my second year of baseball at De Anza Junior College.  I was pitcher only last year (2017 - 2018 season). My strength as a pitcher is my command for any fastball, change up and curveball.  This year I'm working on my transition to the infield and competing as a two way.  

Outside of baseball, I also play water polo. I have been playing water polo to condition my arm and to help me gain more velocity for this season. I have always been involved in student government. I am currently interning for De Anza Student Body Government. In high school, I was the student body vice president and Junior Class Vice President of a school of 1600. I have also talked at 2 panels for parents and students about my experience at Junior College.  I coached middle school boys baseball and basketball.  I was a YMCA summer camp counselor and recorder 124 hours. I plan to major sales or computer science.
