Personal Statement
My biggest aspiration in life is to not only play the game of baseball at a high level of performance, but to also build a solid educational foundation as a back up. If my talent and hardworking attitude does not take me to the levels I foresee it doing, my schooling will be the road to my success as an individual. Not only am I a stellar athlete, but I'm also a great teammate and player. I like to think of a team as a motor, if one part is not doing its job the motor cannot run properly. As a team, meshing and playing as one is the key to success. I listen to any information given and I am very coachable. I will try new skills my coaches or other teammates suggest, for they know the game just as well, if not better than I do, and the tools it takes to succeed. As for schooling, I take my education very seriously, and it is my first priority. I strive to be the best Student-Athlete I can possibly be, and know what it takes to accomplish the goals I've set for myself. As of now I have had two offers, one from Seattle University and Texas Southern. I am still looking for a home for college and a place where I can come in and make a posative impact both on and off the field.
