Personal Statement
To all coaches who take interest in looking at my profile, I thank you. Thank you for giving your time to take a slight interest in me. My goals as a baseball player are to improve my overall performance. I plan on improving my weaknesses and play on my strengths. I am a good candidate for any team because I am competitive and focus on the team needs before my own. Wherever the team needs me I can be. I will do everything I can to further my team and help my teammates. This includes getting it done in the classroom, because if I don't, I let down my teammates, myself, and my parents.
I believe that my patience makes me different than other recruits. I am willing to put in the time to make myself better, help teammates get better and work toward team goals. I understand that goals are achieved one step at a time and striving for instant gratification only hinders progress. I try to plan long term academically and athletically and know if I do the work, in time my goals and those of my team will be accomplished.
