Personal Statement
What makes me different from all the other players is that I'm confident, motivated, focused, determined and dedicated to succeed!!!
Let me start with a little story about how I became this way. When I was seven (7) years old I had a near drowning accident. I went back to ground zero. I was unable to walk, talk, or go to the bathroom by myself. I know this may not be important but for me I had to learn how to do what everyone takes for granted every day. I Love Life and all that it has in store for me. God gave me a second chance to be the best at whatever I put my mind too. I have never given up or stopped reaching for my goals. I have been playing baseball since I was 4 years old. My specialty is pitching (Fast, curve, and knuckle balls). When on the mound, I’m a positive player and ready to help the team. I strive to be an asset to the team in all that I do including being respectful and honor baseball on and off the field at all times. Most players don’t realize what they do reflects on their school, coaches, and most of all the team. My vision for college years is to become a major league baseball player and get a degree as a math teacher / baseball coach to teach others to become great baseball players. I want them to enjoy baseball as much as I do.
