Personal Statement

Dear Coach,

First of all thank you for taking your time to take a look at my profile. My name is Cody Csulak and I will be graduating in the Class of 2018. I am a Catcher/2B that will definitely bring a great work ethic to your program. At Catcher/2B I have been described as a wall at both of the positions, as well as having quick feet and hands. I have been trained to play anywhere on the field that you need me to. I have maintained a 4.0 and above in my freshman, sophomore & junior years. On the bottom of the bill of my hats which I wear on the field to play in has the motto I have applied to my life and every aspect of it and that motto is, "Give it 150% Everytime". I promise as a student athlete at your school I will bring leadership, hardwork, determination, a great attitude, and the drive to win and succeed at both school and the baseball program to any school I attend. I also enjoyed helping out my batting coach at ASAP Baseball Academy with his 12U Cooperstown teams at their Friday night practices. I also bullpen for the coaches when they need help for their pitching lessons. Most recently I helped out with the MS Walk and mow my neighbors lawn.
