My name is Gage Arter and I have just finished my junior season of baseball at Liberty High School. This season I was first in my league in wins and sixth overall in ERA. My team has also just won the Valley Championship which is our schools first in nine years. I started the game and pitched 4 innings without giving up an earned run.
I feel that I would be a good and unique candidate for a collage team because I have a low three quarter arm slot and all of my pitches have movement. I am a very accurate pitcher and I go after batters and force them to hit the ball. I am not a strike out kind of pitcher, I am a pitch to contact pitcher and use my defense most of the time. I am always one of the first people to practice. I am also coach-able and I will try anything that a coach recommends to me.
I am looking for a college that can utilize my pitching as a starter, reliever, or closer. I am very versatile and can come into a game in high pressure situations and finish out on top. I am willing to work with coaches to become better as a pitcher. I am willing to put in the hard work and time into any program.

- We traveled to Hawaii and played in a tournament at Les Murakami Stadium at the University of Hawaii. We played in the tournament for a week and then we traveled to the College of Alameda for the world tournament.
