I am a 6'1" (and still growing) outfielder at Henry M. Gunn Sr. High School in Palo Alto, CA. While center field is my primary position, I play all 3 outfield positions well. My 60 yard dash time is 6.87. Once called up to varsity (mid-season last year), I batted over .500, leading the team in hitting.
Playing baseball in college is a goal that I expect myself to achieve. Attention to detail and doing the little things right are things that I take pride in excelling at. From Freshmen to Sophomore year, I more than cut my strikeouts in half and more than doubled my walks. My current goals are to lower my 60 time to 6.6 and to improve my arm strength. Currently, I am participating in my club teams Winter Prep. program which includes resistance and strength training, as well as working out on my own.
I want to go to a school that values academics and offers a variety of majors. I prefer a small to medium sized school that is located in California. However, I am open to all opportunities that might be good fits for me both academically and athletically.
I work really well with different types of people, and value everyone's contributions. You will always get my maximum effort, I lead by example.
