Personal Statement
Baseball has taught me lessons no person or experience could ever. I started playing baseball when I was three with my dad on a pre-T-Ball team. I have never taken a year off since I started and have given everything to this game. Being the only sophomore on a mostly senior varsity team, I grew up quickly and was forced to compete more than ever to play. I have learned that I am not able to settle for anything less than my absolute best. I don't accept bad games, but use them to become a better player.
I am a determined and hard-working person. I have been influenced by my family and friends throughout my life to not give up and strive for better than what the rest are doing. I have taken honors and AP classes since middle school and am confident that I will do very well in college. I aspire to be a Physical Therapist and Sports fitness expert. I am not like anybody else because I want to lead and want to be put in situations that push my comfort zone all to become a stronger person overall.
