Personal Statement
Playing with my team this year and making it to the CIF-SS Playoffs, and winning 1st Team All-Omega League as a Catcher was one of the best parts of my High School experience as a Athlete and I want next year to be the year we win it All. The thing that grew me the most in High School was when I got cut by the baseball team Freshman Year at Tryouts. That helped me realize I needed to work harder so I could play at that level one day, and to also prove them wrong. This year playing for Hillcrest Christian in Thousand Oaks, I was gracious to be apart of a team that tied for the Omega League Title, while winning 11 games. Playing different positions in the field and batting order I learned how to be there for the ballclub and to do whatever they needed from me. I know that in High School I haven't been a ideal student but I promise to any program that is interested in me that I will do whatever it takes to be a successful student at your school. I am looking for a College Program that I can fit in well with athletically and also academically as a student- athlete. I believe with the hard work, and talent I have been given by God that I can come in and have a impact on your baseball team, while setting myself up to get my degree. I know everyone says they work hard and put it all in. I can guarantee you that I will outwork anyone who you put against me and that I will do anything to put myself in the best physical playing shape, while chasing winning which is the most important thing in sports to me. Playing baseball my whole life, and being a two-sport High School athlete I know that I would be a welcome addition on your team. Thanks for viewing my profile and God bless!
