Colby Carlson '17 Recruiting Profile

I am a talented, hardworking player, I will always out work the guy next to me whether he is more talented than me or not. “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.”-Eric Thomas. I strive for greatness, and I will do whatever it takes to get there. I am passionate about baseball and being athletic.  I try my hardest at school and I always attend and pay attention in my classes. Some of my baseball related goals would be to first play at the division 1 level in college and be a captain for that team, the second one would be to play in the championship game at the college world series and come out with a win for the team, and the third would be to continue my play of baseball past the college level. I would love to become a business owner/entrepreneur and somehow involve baseball into that.  No matter what college I go to, I will work hard to meet those goals.
