Colin Mackenzie '23 Recruiting Profile

Thank you so much for taking the time to view my profile. My name is Colin Mackenzie and I am a current Sophomore at Mullen High School located in Denver, Colorado. I graduate in the class of 2023. I am also very luck to play for a very good club team in the summer called Colorado Yard Dawgs. I was also recently ranked the 35th best player and the 6th best outfielder in the state of Colorado by Prep Baseball Report (PBR). It has been my dream my entire life to play baseball in college, mainly division 1 or 2. But one of my other goals has been to study business in college so I can attain knowledge on how to be successful in the real world. I am a very hard working person and I love to get ahead of things. I love to do projects in school the day they are assigned so I won't have to worry about it later on. I also am a very hard working student maintaining a 3.5 GPA taking 2 honors classes each tri-mester. Another important thing that has been said by all of my coaches is that I am very supporting and positive teammate. I couldn't be more blessed to play the sport I love with the people I love.  I have been playing baseball since I could ever pick up a bat, so I have as much experience as you could possibly have at the age of 16.
