Personal Statement
RYAN MARGOLIS
I have completed 1 year of Junior College Baseball, I pitched a total of 33.2 innings, with a 5 ERA. I am looking for a new school to continue my baseball passion of playing competitively. Some highlights of my past season at Chattanooga State was my last outing against Walters State, a premier team in our district.
I am the type of pitcher the coach turns to in critical situations, I am a strike pitcher and I walk very few batters. I would be honored to continue pitching at the Collegiate Level.
I am playing this 2017 summer in the Valley Baseball League in Virginia.
RYAN MARGOLIS named to the All Tournament Team in the 2015 Perfect Game World Championship
Beginning in the Fall of 2015 I have begun working with Mr. Juan Alvarez (305-724-7306) as my pitching coach. We are working on developing more torque and velocity on my pitching. I have seen major increase to my pitching and better mechanics. I was also invited to pitch for MIAMI PG COLUMBIA BLUE baseball team in the PERFECT GAME WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, I pitched 4 innings, shutting out the FTB MIZUNO team allowing only 2 hits. The FTB Mizuno team was undefeated prior to the game. The coach of the MIAMI PG COLUMBIA BLUE team is Ralph Suarez (305-794-4814), he was very pleased with my pitching.
--------------------------
The summer of 2015 I am dedicated myself to a rigorous workout and strength program. I am working out with former major league pitcher Carlos Castillo 5 times a week, which includes a heavy ball program to improve my pitching velocity. I am dedicated to make this year and my college baseball years the best possible. As of July 4, 2015 I have decided to end my summer baseball early and now I am in full training mode.

Beginning in my Junior year. I transferred to Miami Southridge Sr. High to further my educational and baseball goals. Beginning my senior year in the fall 2015 as the number 1 starting pitcher, I understand the importance of all my previous training which is preparing me to reach my goals and dreams of playing baseball in college.
I have been playing baseball since I was 3 years of age. Baseball is my passion and I thoroughly enjoy playing competitive baseball. It is my hope and dream to be the best baseball player on and off the field. I dedicated to myself to excel in education and on the baseball field.
I will be an asset to any baseball program and hope to continue my baseball playing dreams in college and beyond. With every pitch I throw, every strike, yes even some balls, every grounder I get and ball I catch as well as every good grade in school I aim to achieve my dream of playing the sport I love at the collegiate and hopefully the pro level.
