Personal Statement
My dream is to become a professional baseball player. It’s a dream that started when I was 7 years old in a little town named Vega Alta in Puerto Rico. With the years, I realized that Puerto Rico had so many MLB players that I said “that’s what I want to do” because I love playing baseball. I know that it’s not easy but I’m going to work hard and pray so God will guide my way.
My goal is to work hard in school, have good grades, play High School Baseball, graduated from High School and be able to get a scholarship to study in college and also play college baseball.
My aspiration is to accomplish my dream and help young baseball players in Puerto Rico. If someday I reach my dream they will be my first mission, go back to the island and help others do what I did. A also want to continue working to obtain a new school for my community. My community is part of who I am. I’m never going to forget where I came from. I also want to finish college and get a degree.
