Mason Collins '18 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals and aspirations are to attend college on an academic and sports scholarship. What makes me different from other athletes is that I have very good grades along with my athletic abilities. I come from a family of  athletes and educators where my mom is a school administrator and my dad is an athletic director and head basketball coach. My passion for baseball started with my grandfather,  Neil Chrisley, who played in the majors for many years. 

For a player my size, I have exceptional speed of a 60 yard dash under 7 seconds. Along with good speed I have gap to gap power from the plate. I have a tireless work ethic and a calm demeanor on the field. I am a three sport competitive athlete that works hard on and off the field for my coaches and teammates.
