Above is a pitching lesson with Al Gotez Atlanta Braves scout before my 11th grade year correcting mechanics. He worked with me for over 2 years.
I played college baseball my freshmen year, I will continue with my workouts. I was fortunate to finish with a 2-2 record pitching from the opposite side of the rubber than I was trained. I am a 5'11"185 lbs. pitcher and catcher. My consistent pitches are four seam, two seam, change up, and curve.
Received the U.S Army Scholar/Athlete award, schools best athlete senior year in high school.
I graduated from Banks County High School in 2012. I made the all-region team my sophomore and junior year as a utility player. I have played East Cobb tournaments from the ages of 7 til 17. I have played 4 years of high school varsity . My fastball has been clocked at 88 mph. and my pop time at catcher 1.87. I usually play catcher when I do not pitch. I am really looking to be a pitcher in college but will gladly catch if needed.
I really do not have a preference as to what the schools academic competitiveness is. I am a strong christian and believe that all the success I have accomplished has been through him. I am a leader on my baseball team and will do whatever it takes to help my team succeed. I really feel like I can be a contributor to my team in college early on, whether it be Dl, Dll, Dlll, NAIA, or JC. My coaches would say I am always early to practice and have had a good work ethic on and off the field. High school batting average for 2012 season was 408, while pitching in 9 games 6-2 record with 84 strike outs. Winning pitcher in sub-region championship 5-2 against union county as well as the only playoff win against Jefferson 1-0.Finished high school with a 15-3 record. I love working with younger kids.its a joy to see the excitement on their face reminds me of the wonderful childhood that I had. Thank you to all the coaches who gave of their time to me.I have been fortunate to have all the trainers such as pitching Pete Smith, Al Gotez, Matt Castleberry, and Arnie Smith. I would also like to say thanks to my hitting and fielding trainers, Jemel Spearmen, Mark Lemke, Don Friend, Brian Bridges and Wade Holland. I hope I can give back to others what they have taught me. I played college baseball my freshmen year, I will continue with my workouts. Thank you for taking the time to view my site and please view often to get my latest update.
