Hello my name is Elijah James Arnold Sports play a big role in my life. Honestly, if I didn’t play sports, I don’t know what I would do. I play baseball and baseball only I have played baseball since the 7th grade and I think it’s safe to say that I’m pretty darn good at it . Baseball is basically my life and the only way I will ever stop playing is if I’m on my death bed. It’s that deep. My family, sports, and school are the three main influences on what I do and what I want to do. Like I said earlier, I am motivated to baseball not only because I absolutely love the sport but because I have been an inspiration to my younger cousins to follow my lead. My cousins have become motivated by me after seeing the hard work and dedication I have put into baseball, it makes me feel good that they look up to me; by exemplifying positive behavior. This being the case, my first career option is playing baseball at the highest level; the MLB. Of course, my chances at making it there are very slim seeing that many young men who are equally as talented as me have that same goal. If I happened to not end up going pro my backup plan is being an broadcasting in politics and news, I consider myself very intellectual. My primary goal right now is to focus on graduating from high school and college, I am a twin and I hope to be someone that not only my mother is proud of but also my siblings.
