Davis Mokry '18 Recruiting Profile

I want to take my baseball playing to the next level while pursuing a degree in college that will prepare me for life after college.   I am a very hard worker in my classwork as well as in my training in baseball.  I am a great defensive catcher with very good flexibility and reaction time.  I am very well respected by my teachers, coaches and other baseball players.  I have several pitchers (travel team and high school team) that request me to catch their bullpens because I give very helpful feedback on their pitching.  I am the first on the field to help prepare for the games and the last off due helping clean-up.  I have been doing off-season training for the last 3 years to help with my arm strength and catching drills.  Last year's off-season program give me the opportunity to catch a Stanford freshman pitcher who threw 93 MPH.
