Personal Statement
Hello, I am Jordan Hara, a class of 2018 student-athlete from Iolani School. On and off the field I have been working long and hard to fufill my aspirations to become a student-athlete at the collegiate level. I primarily play middle infield and corner outfield, but can play anywhere, having extensive experience during summer ball at the corner infield positions, centerfield, pitcher and even catcher. I definitely believe that I can benefit any collegiate team no matter the level because of my leadership skills and lead by example work ethic. I am quick on my feet and run the bases exceptionally well. With my defense comes a strong arm and great coverage in any position. My offensive game benefits from my vast understanding of baseball and my pure love for it. Throughout the classroom I also excel; attending one of Hawaii's top college prepatory schools, Iolani, and have maintained a cumulative 3.47 GPA and 4.0 in my junior year. This year I have gotten a 4.166 in the first quarter of senior year and a 1440 SAT. I hope that through these traits you will consider me as a collegiate student-athlete for your baseball program. Thank you.
