Wyatt Santilena '19 Recruiting Profile

    My love for the game of baseball dates back to when I was 6 years old. Baseball is the one sport of many I played that I really had a passion for.  After being called up to varsity after my JV season, I was fortunate enough to be apart of such an talented team and won the ILH (private school) championship. As our journey continued towards the state championship title, we came up short with a devastating loss. That experience made me determined on becoming a solid pitcher so that I can help win a championship for my team along with being able to perform on a college level. 

    Playing baseball for many years taught me things about myself in life and as a player. I learned the values of commitment, dedication, sacrifice and team work. The way I standout from others is from my work ethic. I will always out-work the person next to me whether it be in running, lifting, or even throwing in the bullpen.  I'm looking for a college program that is a good fit for me academically as well as athletically.
