Royce Torres Base...Personal Statement
My name is Royce Torres and I'm 17 years old. My goal is to attend a good college to study pre-medicine to eventually become a heart surgeon. I enjoy being around people and learning new things, high school has flown by and I'm about to begin my senior year. My personality is easy going but when it comes to baseball I'm pretty intense and focused.I'm very coachable, and listen to what my peers have to say. My coaches say that I'm a natural leader and I'm able to guide my team towards success. I'm a team player and I've learned to be positive when I'm on the field or with my personal life. I'm dedicated to baseball and have given 110% on the field. As I progress into my senior year I plan to enjoy every moment of school and baseball because I realize that life is short and precious, I need to enjoy every moment of my life. My coaches have been inspiring to me and challenge me to try harder and do better on the field and in the classroom.

- My team came in second behind Defending champs Maui. I was the only player in the tournament to hit a homerun. I pitched, played first, catcher, CF, and third base. While catching no one stole on me, while pitching i think my ERA was 2.5
