Personal Statement

My goal to play college level baseball is what motivates my competitive, hard-working nature. I thrive on being pushed and challenged, and hope to earn my spot on a team that  will push me to my full potential. I set high expectations for myself and my teammates, and am a leader on the field, both by example and vocal.  When I am not at practice or a game with my current team I am in the cages hitting BP or on the field working on my defense. I work hard in the classroom and also volunteer umpire for the local Little League.

  • 60: 7.18 30: 4.0 Broad Jump: 100 inches L-Drill: 8.53 Med Ball: 50ft Ranked in 88th percentile in BAR testing. Evaluation Notes: Your scores show you have some great athleticism. Your broad jump and med ball scores show that you have some good explosiveness and rotational power in the lower body. You have good rhythm to start your swing. Your bat is on plane through the zone which increases your chances for contact and even a little more power. You have quiet, controlled actions to and through the baseball when fielding. You move well laterally but continue getting faster and quicker on your first step to improve your range. Really impressed with you throwing on the run. Your athleticism really helps you.
