Personal Statement
My goal not only as a baseball player, but as a student is to go to college. Now I want to attend college where I can play baseball and get a good learning experience at the same time. I have played baseball for fifteen years now. On and off the field I am always ready and excited about the next pitch, ground ball, or game. Baseball is a passion of mine and I was born loving it. I am a great candidate for any baseball program because I bring energy, enthusiasm, and confidence to the field everyday. I strive to be better all the time, whether it is my studies or baseball because I know there is plenty of competition for so little spots on baseball teams. In the classroom I accomplish assignments to further my education and my grades. On the baseball field I stay focused and determined all of the time to do my part in making a team better. Thanks to peers, mentors, and family, I have become the person I am today and I will continue to do so no matter where I go.
