Personal Statement
My most important goal/aspiration is that I want to pursue and achieve all the goals that I set for myself. These goals may be in baseball or in the class room; furthermore, I feel that I am a good candidate for a team because I'm a team player. I am always there to pick someone up when they are down. I feel that I bring energy, effort, and intensity to every game whether I'm on the field or in the dugout. These are things that I bring to the table every day. My character is serious, always paying attention, but also loose and not to wound up. As an athlete, I try to use everything I have when I am on the field. I may not be the fastest or strongest but I understand that baseball is a team game, and I am willing to do whatever is asked of me to help my team be successful. While many pitchers fear coming in with runners on and the game on the line, I relish those moments...for it is at those times I get to show what I am made of.
