My dream, like many others, is to play baseball at the highest level possible. My reality, is to better myself everyday as a person and student. Although my dream is what I shoot for through athletics I also realize that I want to be the best person I can be and that reality is what drives me to succeed in the classroom and throughout my daily interactions with others. I use the game I play as a extension to who I want to be and how I want to compete to be the best I can as a person.
Education is also very important in helping me become a more successful person in my future. I work hard towards my education. Although I chase my dream of playing baseball, I realize it is to also be the best I can off the field as well. I want to apply my education to help others in my community. I am very enthusiastic when getting involved with my younger brother's baseball and football teams. I enjoy coaching kids half my age on the proper way to play the game.
I hope to fulfill my education at a well respected college and dream of continuing my days of playing baseball for that college.
