I know the importance of obtaining a good education and I am working towards that goal. Currently I am interested in sports administration. I have known from a very early age I wanted to play college level baseball. I work hard to be the best I can be on and off the field. I train hard and seek out programs that will improve my pitching and hitting. I know the importance of taking advice and utilizing that information constructively.

- In this tournament I received Player of the Game both days. In this tournament I finished 6-for-8 with 5 RBI's. Our school claimed their first IHSA State Championship in school history. We ended our season 28-6 which was the most wins of any sport in our school history. We were Regional Champions, Sectional Champions, Supersectional Champions and Co-Champions of the Black Diamond West Conference. We also broke several records at the State Tournament.

- I was on the Top Prospect left-handed pitchers list for this event. 6-foot-3, 190-pound, left-handed hitting LHP/1B with a lanky, athletic frame. On the mound works from a low ¾ arm angle with a long, loose arm action. Tall and fall delivery with a closed landing. Fastball showed late running action at 78-82 mph. Threw curveball for strikes with sweeping action at 67-70 mph. Slider showed sharp action at 67-70 mph. Offensively hits from a balanced setup with a short toe tap stride. Long uphill swing path with fluid rhythm. Showed looseness in the hands. 82 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.89. Defensively has a long arm action from a ¾ arm slot. Threw 72 mph across the infield.

- Brodie Lenon - LHP - 2018 - Goreville, IL Lenon is a loose and projectable 6-3/185 southpaw who worked in the 80-82 mph range and showed a big slurve type breaking ball that was effective to both left handed and right handed hitters. He can pitch now and his stuff is just going to keep getting better as he matures. Lenon was named to the Rawlings Top Prospect List and he was selected for the Top 1B Velos at this event. Brodie Lenon is a 2018 LHP/1B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Goreville, IL who attends Goreville HS. Tall very athletic build, very good physical projection. Quality two-way prospect. Free and easy pitching mechanics, long and loose arm action, low 3/4's arm slot, has some deception to his delivery, can use his lower half to generate power to the plate better. Low 80's fastball, topped out at 82 mph, nice arm side running and sinking action. Slurve type breaking ball from the lower slot gets good depth, throws it with equal effectiveness to right handed and left handed batters, works both sides of the plate and has an early idea how to pitch. Smooth and easy defensive actions at first base defensively. Left handed hitter, hits from a closed stance with a long and fluid swing, has good present bat speed with good lift in his swing, works the middle of the field and has good rhythm and timing to his swing, ball comes off the barrel well. Going to keep getting better in all areas. Follow closely. Named to Top Prospect Team and on the Top Uncommitted Prospect List
