I love baseball and I have worked like crazy to become the player I am.
I am not the biggest guy on the field. I won't melt your radar gun. But I am the guy with the biggest heart on the field. That one thing you can't measure with a gun, or a stopwatch, or a measuring stick. I became a great player from hard work and dedication to be the best I could be. Whether it be 3 days a week in the gym to get bigger and stronger, to fine tuning my mechanics weekly during the off-season, there has been no price too great to pay to get better. I have gotten cut from more than once, but that only made me want to work harder. It's paid off. I get guys out. Period. I change speeds. I keep hitters off balance. I get guys out. What else do you expect from a pitcher?
