Personal Statement

Hello my name is Blake Probst; I am a senior at Newton Community High School in Newton, Illinois with the Class of 2015.  I would like to find a school that will allow me to continue to play baseball while pursuing my degree in Pharmacy.

I always give 110% to any sport or activity that I participate in and strive to continue to learn and develop my skills. I am a very focused individual and do well at maintaining my grades while still pursuing other interests. During my high school career I have participated all 4 years in baseball, football, marching band, FFA, and 4-H, including going to state for the Illinois Envirothon.  I believe that an individual who is involved and pushes themselves will make great strides in life and I want to continue to push myself to the fullest.

My goal is to obtain my Pharmacist degree and eventually start my own line of Pharmacies in Florida.  I want to continue to improve, develop, and compete in baseball at the collegiate level.
