I currently attend Rich East High School, located in Park Forest, Illinois. I am 16 years old, 170 lbs, and 6'0 tall. My main positions in baseball are Pitcher, Second Base, and Short Stop. Other positions that I can play are Third Base and Right Field, from right field I can fire the ball all the way to third base on a line with ease, but mostly I am a very versatile player that can be put in any position on the diamond and excel. Pitching wise I am a right handed pitcher and throw a variety of pitches: 4 seam fastball, 2 seam fastball, curveball, changeup, and slider. As of now (16 years old) my throw velocity is around 80-88mph. I also bat right handed as I do throw. My first and foremost goal in baseball and in life is to play as hard as I can and give it my all when I touch that field. I definately want to play college baseball. Going to college is a very important thing to me because I believe that a good education really opens up doors in life, and can enable you to do things that you wouldn't be able to do if you had no education. My life long dream/goal is to make it all the way to the MLB someday. Playing in college is the first step in that long journey. I have been playing baseball ever since I could pick up a bat and a ball in my front lawn. I started playing baseball for real when I was about 4-5 years old, and have been going strong ever since. Currently I live in Illinois, but when I used to live in Colorado I played for two USSSA teams from 6th-8th grade. At Rich East High School I also play football. I am the starting Quarterback for my high schools football team as well. My first year of High School baseball (as a freshman) I was put on the Varsity team after the first day of try outs. Not only that, but I became the starting third baseman after one week of practice, as a freshman. I feel that this was a huge accomplishment in my career, and hope for many more just like it to come. I am a player that is always willing to put in more work at anything I can to get better. Baseball truly is my life and I strive to play at the next level.
