Donald Pearson '17 Recruiting Profile

I am a well rounded individual with many interests, including baseball, music, volunteer work and basketball.

I became interested in baseball at two when my family took me to a Chicago White Sox game. From that moment on, I knew baseball would always be a part of my life. I am a great candidate to play college baseball because I can play any position well and I have a vast knowledge of the sport. While my primary position is pitcher, I have often played second base, short stop, third base and even catcher. I have been a volunteer coach's assistant for the Junior High Baseball Team for all four years during high school.

My high school academic goal is to make honor roll all eight semesters. I am a member of the National Honor Society and want to continue helping others in high school and college. I am in band and this will be my forth year as the trumpet section leader. My dedication to my academics and athletics makes me a top prospect for college.

I am interested in majoring in Aerospace Engineering because I feel my math skills will allow me to excel in this field.
