Personal Statement

My first priority is academics, then sports.  I am all around athlete playing  Football, Basketball, and Baseball.  However my true passion is baseball.  I am very coach-able and always looking for ways to better myself.  I am a team player on and off the field. I do my best to motivate my teammates whether we are up by 5 runs or down by 5 runs.   My ultimate goal is to obtain a college degree and play college ball.

In 2014 I played in the 13U Pony National World Series in California. It was a lifetime experience that I will never forget.  I pitched the game that allowed us to get to the championship game and even pitched a few innings in the Championship game against Mexico.  We lost the game but it was an incredible experience.  During the tournament they held a Challenger game where the teams in the tournament partnered up with players on teams that had various disabilities.  It touched me seeing how happy these players were being able to play the game of baseball and brought them such joy and happiness.  It made such an impression on me that when my hometown started a Challenger league the next year I volunteered every weekend. I continue to volunteer as time permits from my high school schedule.

My parents have been the most influential in my life with sports.  I am so thankful for all their time they have spent taking me to lessons, practices, games, and tournaments.  They keep me grounded and support me in all of my endeavors.   I know win or lose good or bad they are there for me.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
