November 2017 Personal Statement
One of my best qualities is my hard work and determination. I never give up on tasks and I have developed strong mental toughness. I have also developed leadership. Gaining my rank of Eagle Scout helped me learn this leadership, and apply it to baseball. Being a catcher, this leadership is really important trait that I bring to the table.
