Personal Statement
Baseball has taught me how hard work, pushing through the tough times, and organization can help in life. This game has helped me through several rough times, while also giving me some difficult obstacles to get over. I am striving to be at the top of my game and even if I may not be the best, I'll go and compete with them. My goal in college is to be able to make the starting roster and earn it. No matter the obstacle put in front of me, I will find a way to persevere and succeed. My ability to read the ball and batter in the field really helps me place myself in the correct fielding position. While on the mound, my ability to control, place my pitches, and quickly correct my mistakes aids me in getting ground balls and strikeouts. I am a very fast learner who does what he's told and always works to get better.
