My goal is to continue my athletic career in college and beyond, with hopes of getting a quality degree in business. My strengths are my work ethic and commitment to "the process" of development each day, such as lifting weights, hitting sessions, pitching bull-pens, defensive work-outs or speed-training. I have always enjoyed working the day-to-day process of getting better and turning weaknesses into strengths. The commitment and trust in this "process" is what motivates me to become a better and more complete player, and a skill that will translate at the next level. I currently train with a hitting instructor, speed trainer and continue to lift year-round. My dad and I begin hitting drills as soon as football is over and I train from November through the season.
I am also a quarterback for varsity football. With Iowa playing summer high school baseball and football in the fall, it is difficult to attend exposure events or play travel baseball. I look forward to attending some camps this winter.
