Joe Placek '20 Recruiting Profile

I am more excited than I have ever been to play football at the next level.  I am lucky enough to be a part of building a football program/tradition at a new school, Olathe West High School.  My head coach and all of the assistants were hand picked and really are the best of the best.  This last season was not only fun but has played a large roll in my football growth both physically and mentally.  I keep a calm yet confident demeanor which helps me handle any situation that might arise on or off the field. I am a conscientious person whether it involves academics or athletics.  I am coachable and willing to learn new things and make the changes necessary for myself and the team.  You only need to tell me once and I got it!!
