I am a 6'2 third baseman from Canada, Ky. and will graduate in the 2018 class. I have started varsity since my sophomore year and earned all-district team honors my first year as a varsity player. I have a 4.0 GPA while taking Honors/AP classes, a 26 ACT score, and I am currently ranked #1 out of 144 students in my class. I was recently inducted into the National Honor Society and was awarded KHSAA First Team Academics.
I am looking for a college that offers a challenging curriculum but will also allow for me to play baseball. My academic goal in college is to receive a BS degree in biology/chemistry so I can pursue a medical or pharmacy degree once I graduate. Ideally, I would like to be at a program where my skills as a baseball player can contribute to the team. I can offer a strong consistent bat and excellent defensive skills. I am looking for a program that teaches the importance of team work, strong work ethics, and community service. These are three important core values in my life. I will lift up my team mates, work hard to be the best student athlete I can be, and work to serve the community where my school is at.
I believe that in order to be respected, you first have to give respect. I am looking for a program that fosters strong personal values and is interested in producing young men that are successful on and off the field.
